My path to becoming a plastic surgeon started as a child growing up as one of two sons that frequently accompanied my father to hospitals on weekends to round on patients.
I knew from an early age that I would one day become a physician. After finishing medical school I completed my General Surgery Residency training in various hospitals in New Jersey and New York City, including the world-renowned Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, working alongside some of the leading cancer surgeons in the country. Despite caring for a full range of patients in every capacity from Trauma to Intensive Care to outpatient surgeries, it was always the cases with the Plastic Surgeons I trained with that got me the most excited.

Pearce Plastic Surgery is a Houston, Texas specialist medical practice built on a long-standing commitment to patient care and surgical excellence. From an early age, founder Pearce was drawn to medicine after accompanying his father on weekend hospital rounds. That passion led to medical school and the completion of a General Surgery Residency across hospitals in New Jersey and New York City, including Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, where he worked alongside leading cancer surgeons. Through training that covered a full range of care—from Trauma and Intensive Care to outpatient surgeries—the work alongside plastic surgery specialists consistently stood out, fueling a focused dedication to the field.
