Were Faced With Full-height Aluminum Arrangements
To
"utilize Solar Rays
And
Air Circulation
To
Effect Economies
In
Air Conditioning."

Building Was
The
First Local Corporate High Rise Office Building
In
Houston
To
Be Located Outside Of
The
Central Business District
